Kids grow fast and sizes do not always work out. If a Tinytwigkids piece is not right for your little one, here is how to send it back and get your money returned.
- Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping is free with a prepaid label we email to you after approval.
- Refunds are issued within 2–5 business days after we inspect your return.
- Damaged, defective or wrong items: tell us within 7 days of receiving them.
Your 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Every return must be approved by our support team before you send anything back. Items shipped to us without approval may be refused.
What Makes an Item Returnable
- Unused, unworn and unwashed.
- In its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order number, may be requested.
Items we cannot take back
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Final sale or clearance items (if any)
- Perishable goods
Return Shipping Is on Us
Returns cost you nothing to send. Once your return is approved, we email you a free prepaid return label along with simple instructions. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been issued.
How to Send Something Back

- Wait for approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
- Receive your instructions and free prepaid return label by email.
- Pack the items securely and drop off your parcel with the carrier.
- We inspect the items once they arrive at our warehouse.
- We issue your refund and let you know by email.
Need a Different Size?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need. Not sure which size to pick? Our Size Guide lists body and head measurements for every style, and we are happy to help by email.
When Your Refund Arrives
After your return is received and inspected, we process the refund within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need some extra time before the credit shows up.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution, at no cost to you.
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
