These Terms of Service govern your use of https://tinytwigkids.com and any purchase you make from Tinytwigkids, a trading name of Tiny Kids World. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you shop.

1. Who Can Shop With Us

Our clothing is made for babies and children, but purchases must be made by adults. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Where We Sell

Tinytwigkids sells and ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the US.

3. Products, Prices and Images

• All products are subject to availability. Descriptions, prices and images may change without notice.
• Product photos are for illustration. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an order is affected by such an error, we may cancel it and refund your payment in full.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy; it does not mean we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including: an item being out of stock, a payment problem, suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or a shipping restriction. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order only before it enters processing or shipment. Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. There is no cancellation fee.

6. Payment, Shipping and Returns

Payments are processed by PayPal as described on our Payment Information page. Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including illustrations, text, graphics, logos and photos, belongs to Tiny Kids World and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

When using our site, you agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• introduce malware, viruses or other harmful code;
• interfere with or disrupt the site's operation;
• scrape or harvest content or data from the site;
• infringe our intellectual property or that of others.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Tiny Kids World for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiny Kids World from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Tiny Kids World operates, as shown in our business address below.

12. Resolving Disputes

If a problem comes up, please email us first; most issues can be settled quickly and informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute through good-faith negotiation, it will be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted by law. Either party may still bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated.
